Kick off the season at our Hometown Holiday Parade & Celebration!
Join us Friday, Nov. 21, at 5 p.m., as Grand Boulevard Town Center transforms into a winter wonderland, aglow with tens of thousands of dazzling white lights.

Our Coastal White Christmas officially begins with the grand unveiling of the holiday lights and a spirited parade down the Boulevard, featuring our tenants, local non-profits, community leaders, and more. And of course — don’t miss the magical arrival of Santa Claus!

Enjoy festive fun for the whole family, including faux snow, complimentary photos with Santa, horse-drawn carriage rides, live entertainment, seasonal refreshments, and more. Stroll the Boulevard, take in the breathtaking lights and our beautifully decorated Town Center tree, and get a head start on your holiday shopping and dining.

The 30A 10K Races
Time to lace up those running shoes and get ready for a fabulous event!
We look forward to welcoming you all to Rosemary Beach on Thanksgiving Day for a fun experience for the entire family!
The 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Race Series is a 501c3 non-profit organization, whose purpose is to serve the community by producing a world-class 10K and related events that raise money to benefit local charities, while promoting health and fitness. To date, the series has raised more than $850,000 for our charity partners to help local families and children in need.

Runners of all ages and abilities are invited to join in the festivities, which include a DJ, local vendors and a post-race celebration with breakfast and a complimentary Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. Participants will receive a commemorative super soft race shirt and an iconic medal.

Our Thanksgiving Day Race Series offers two days of fun!
With a 10K, 5K and 1 mile run/walk, there is a race distance for every ability. Come out and enjoy all of the festivities!

Festival of Trees

Experience the magic of the Festival of Trees!

The Festival of Trees is a beloved Grand Boulevard tradition, taking place each year in Grand Park. This year’s celebration will be held on Tuesday, December 2 — the Tuesday AFTER Thanksgiving and also National Day of Giving — from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

The event is open to the public and features a festive atmosphere with piped holiday music, hot chocolate, cookies, and the official tree judging. Guests can purchase a $5 voting bell to cast their vote for their favorite tree for the People’s Choice Award.

Winners, including the judges’ selections, will be announced at 6:30 PM, and the beautifully decorated trees will remain on display in Grand Park through Christmas. Visitors are encouraged to stroll through the park, enjoy the magical holiday setting, and learn about each participating organization’s mission.
