HILLARY GLENN, DNP, APRN

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Born in Oklahoma City, OK, Hillary graduated with her Master of Science degree from Columbia University in New York City in 2007 and began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While obtaining her masters degree, she worked at Bellevue Hospital, the oldest public hospital in the country. Hillary intentionally pursued her position in the Pediatric Emergency Services here because of her interest in pediatrics and Bellevue’s esteemed reputation as a teaching hospital. She moved to the Emerald Coast in 2008 and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Florida State University in 2013. Hillary spent more than a decade working in an Urgent Care center before co-founding the Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC) in 2017. She became the Executive Director in 2020 and takes great pride in the high quality care provided by the PWMC team.

When not at the clinic, Hillary is an avid yogi and loves to travel. She and her husband reside in the Point Washington community.

Kristen Flowers, RN, BSN

Director of Nursing

Kristen began her nursing journey in Birmingham, Alabama, driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful impact. After earning her BS in Nursing from Troy University, she built a 13-year career focused on compassionate, high-quality care—first in outpatient oncology for six years, and then in urgent care for the past seven.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys family time, travel, the beach, and exploring farmers markets. Her passion for nursing is rooted in a personal mission to be a helping hand in someone’s critical moment—so much so that, had she not become a nurse, she would have pursued teaching.

Guided by Jackie Robinson’s words, “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives,” Kristen remains committed to making a lasting difference in every life she touches.
